Please read the below mentioned policies carefully before finishing your booking with us.
Cancellation: Customers may cancel their booking by notifying us in writing or via email. The refund eligibility and amount vary depending on the cancellation time frame: a. If the cancellation is made at least 40 days prior to the scheduled start date, a full refund will be provided, minus a 10% processing fee. b. If the cancellation is made between 30 and 40 days prior to the scheduled start date, a 50% refund will be provided, minus a 10% processing fee. c. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled start date, no refund will be provided.
Refund Process: To request a refund, customers must provide written notice or send an email to our customer support team. The refund, minus the applicable processing fee, will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
Exceptions: a. In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen events, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. In such cases, a full refund, minus the processing fee, will be issued to the customer. b. If the customer fails to show up on the scheduled start date without prior notification, no refund will be provided.
Refund Timeline: Once a refund request has been approved, we will make every effort to process the refund within 10 business days. However, please note that the actual time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment method and the customer's financial institution.
Promotional Material: Trip Tourice Holidays reserves the right to take photographs/videos of participants and use them for any marketing/promotional activity. Together, let's preserve the beauty of Kashmir for generations to come. Cutting a tree/plant, killing/injuring any animal, or polluting water bodies/glaciers will prompt legal action. Please refrain from harming any plant/animal or water body.
